Scope

This policy applies to services and tangible goods sold by Chodyrexslozarin, including facilitated evening programmes, studio workshops, printed card bundles, and downloadable guides delivered after purchase. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 continue to apply where the law says they cannot be contracted out of.

Cooling-off for distance sales

Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory rules grant you a cooling-off period for unsolicited direct sales, those statutory rights remain in addition to the goodwill terms below.

Program cancellations by you

If you cancel a paid studio session more than seven calendar days before the start time, we refund the ticket price in full to the original payment method within ten business days. Cancellations between seven days and forty-eight hours receive a fifty percent credit toward a future session. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours are not refundable because facilitators and materials are already committed, unless exceptional weather or emergencies documented with reasonable evidence apply.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel due to facilitator illness or venue issues, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional charge.

Printed bundles

Unopened bundles returned within fourteen days of delivery in resalable condition receive a refund of the product price excluding outbound shipping. Opened bundles are not eligible for hygiene and inventory reasons unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Digital guides

Once a download link has been supplied and accessed, digital guides are generally non-refundable. If technical failure prevents access, contact us within seven days so we can repair the link or issue a refund at our discretion.

Defective items

New Zealand consumer guarantees may require repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Contact us with photographs and a short description; we will remedy defects within a reasonable time.

Chargebacks

Please attempt resolution with us before initiating payment disputes so we can trace bookings quickly.

How to request a return

Email the studio address above with your order reference, reason, and preferred remedy. For physical returns, we will send a reply with the return address and packing instructions.
